I breastfed for a year and slowly cut down feedings to just the one night time and then completely stopped a week ago and it's very tender on one breast is there anything I can do to make it stop hurting?

Try using cabbage leaves. Put a fresh cabbage leaf inside your bra right up against your skin. Change it out every few hours.
