My daughter is 12 months old and still breastfeeding. I am in the process of weaning her and I'm down to 2-3 feedings during the day and night and morning nursing. I'm trying to give her cows milk instead of my breast, but she is refusing it at any time. I tried Goats milk as well, but she doesn't like that either. I've been trying to give her the milk for about 2 weeks already...she takes a sip and then spits it out. Anybody else had the same problem? What did you do and how did you get your kids used to cows milk?

Thanks for your help .... she drinks Water all the time. I thought they have to drink 3 cups of milk until they are two?

They don't have to go onto cow's milk - you can introduce other dairy products such as yogurt and cheese to ensure her calcium intake. Apart from breastmilk, water is the next fluid of choice. If you really want, you could also try oat or rice milk. Good luck.
