I recently had my 6 wk post partum check up and everything looked fine. My oldest is 19 mos so I do a bit of running around during the day. I only gained 11 lbs this pregnancy, she came 3 wks early (before the baby early starts really putting on the weight). I was into my regular pants by the end of the 1st wk and by the end of the 2nd wk I only had 1.5lbs until I was back to my prepreggo weight (I was 10-15lbs overweight when I got pregnant) now the weight has crept back. My question is if I lose weight will my milk supply be affected? How can I adjust my eating habits? Towards the end of the pregnancy I became a grazer and I can't seem to quit. I eat very healthy but I do LOVE sweets, it's my downfall. If I stay hydrated will my milk supply continue or does weight loss affect supply as well?
