hi trying to increase milk supply by using breast pump after every feed- recommended by midwife. any one got any other helpful tips ? Thanks again X

Eat oatmeal! Pumping helps as well, there is a product called Mothers Milk Tea and an herb called Fenugreek. Go to www.kellymom.com for all kinds of suggestions to increase supply.

My son slept during every feeding too!! Drink lots of fluid!! Pumping in between feeds is also great way to produce more milk. Feeding on demand will help to dont pay attention to the clock, i never did.

Eat oatmeal DAILY! Drink lots of fluids.
I love oatmeal and when I started eating it again after my bubby was about 2ms old I became engorged after just a day or two!!

wee fella is a bit of a sleepy eater and midwives want him to be putting on more weight than he is. Any advice appreciated thanksX

First, what's going on that you feel that you have low supply? If you can give us that bit of info, I think we'd be able to help you
