Hello,
my daughter has weaned herself off without any trouble, but still wants the bedtime feeding. She drinks from her sippy cup during the day, but got really mad when I tried making that her bedtime drink...help; I want her to have a sleepover, and that can't happen if she's still breastfeeding at night.

What's the rest of your bedtime routine like? Does she nurse to sleep still? My daughter got to the point of not nursing to sleep, but still wanted that feed. I started with nursing her, then reading a story then songs then bedtime. After about a week of that, I switched it to a sippy cup of breast milk during story time, then songs then bed. Then, when that was going ok I switched it to a sippy cup of cows milk with story. Now at age 3 it's a cup of water with her story.
Also - she may do ok overnight one night without giving up nursing completely. If she's at a sleepover some place that she's napped at before you've got a good chance of success.
