What are some sample daily schedules for a 7 month old breastfed baby girl who also eats solid foods twice a day?

I'm just wondering how often & how much my 7 month old should be nursing, sleeping, eating solids, etc. Right now she only eats oatmeal & fruit with breakfast and cereal & vegetable with dinner. I am thinking of starting to incorperate some type of lunch for her. If you could let me know the times & amounts of when your baby nursed, ate solids, slept, played, etc around this age. Thank you! :]

If your schedule is working for you and her, don't change it.

I forgot to mention my daughter is a big fan of sleeping. She sleeps from 730-8 through without needing to nurse until 7-730. As well as taking two 60-90 minute naps per day. So this is where my dilemma comes in. I feel like she is gonna sleep as much as she needs to and i dont want her to get less sleep than she needs if i were to put her to bed later or get her up earlier.

At 7 months I only offered solids once per day. For us it worked well to offer solids at lunch time. It was around 7 months that we transitioned from 3 naps each day to 2 naps per day. I still breastfed on demand which was about every 2 to 3 hours during the day. She'd go to bed around 8 pm, usually wake twice during the night to nurse, and then be up around 7:30 am. I'd nurse her at 7:30, then again maybe around 10 am and put her down for a nap. Then at lunch time I'd offer solids, and breastfeed. Around 2 or 3 in the afternoon she'd nurse again and go down for her afternoon nap. She'd nurse again in the evening maybe around 5. Usually another nursing before bedtime.. sometimes not. Then nurse her to sleep around 8:00 pm

That was our general schedule. We didn't adhere to it religiously. On days that she was teething she'd wake more often at night. There were also days she nursed much more frequently.

My little girl is 6 1/2 months old right now and our schedule is a loose one but it goes something like this...

~5 am wake up, nurse ( my daughter is a slow eater, so she nurses for like an hour)

~6 am coffee for mommy, walker time for baby

6:30am breakfast for both of us, Gracie eats about 2 oz of fruit mixed with 1 tbs of oatmeal

7-10 am is play time and chores

10am nurse

11am-11:30 or 12 nap, lunch for me yay!

12-1pm floor time

1-1:30pm nurse

1:30-2pm lunch for baby (2-4 oz of vegetable with 1-2 tbs rice cereal) and snack for me

2-3pm we go for a walk ( she falls asleep within minutes and naps the majority of walk)

3-4pm is floortime

4pm daddy gets home

4-4:30 is time to nurse

4:30-5 is family play time

5pm is daddy and Gracie play time, I cook dinner.

6pm Gracie has time in the walker again while we eat dinner and clean up.

7pm start bedtime routine: bath, jammies, medicine( Acid reflux), book, nurse

~8pm bedtime ( generally sleeps through till 5 or 6 am)

hope that helps.
