I do good during the day but at night its like it just STOPS... My daughter was born at 25 weeks and 4 days and is now 27 wks so she really needs it which makes me upset

Eat oatmeal, drink at least 8 oz of water for every hour your awake, take 3 capsules of fenugreek 3x daily and you take 3 capsules of blessed thistle 3x daily it helps big time it helped me I notice a big difference in 48 hours. The website I get the fenugreek and blesses thistle from is called lactationconnection.com

How often are you pumping? It's normal for pump amounts to vary across the day. Usually, your pump output is the most in the morning.

i am pumping she is still in the hospital and on the ventilators so she cant be at the breast yet. anyways it will like flow really good and then just stop ill only get like 15-25 ml at night but like 60 each pump in the day! I am so confused! I am going to try Fenugreek

Need more info! Can you explain what you mean by it just stops? Are you pumping? Are you putting baby to breast? If you're pumping, how often are you pumping?
