What's the "right or proper" way to store pumped milk at work?

I am a mother of 2 (2 yrs old Julio and almost 6 months old Juliane). My son was breastfed exclusively till i got pregnant with my daughter. Now, I am also breastfeeding my daughter exclusively. All this time, I am a stay home mom that's why I am able to do this. However, I am about to go back to work this month and I want to continue giving my daughter breastmilk. Unfortunately, I do not know how to store pumped milk since I have not done this before. How do I properly store pumped milk at work and be able to bring it home for my daughter? Thanks in advance for all the tips :-)..... Kathryn

I keep my milk in the bottles from the pump and i bought a little insulated lunch bag that i put an ice pack in. When I get home i either put in fridge for next day or transfer into a bag to freeze

If your work has a fridge it can go right in there.  Just make sure you label it so no one messes with it.

I would say in breast Milk Storage bags. Are you able to use a fridge or freezer in the break room??? I have a small ice chest and i plan on pumping and storing in the breast milk bags then put it in my ice chest and store it in the freezer at my work till im ready to go home for the day...
