My daughter is almost 13 months old and the doctors want a baby off of the bottle at 14 months, my baby is just now becoming interested in a sippy cup, so I' m gonna give her a sippy cup more often during the day and see what happens from there, but when she wants her " bah bah" she wants it now lol.....so will just taking it day by day. Good Luck!

My daughter still takes breast milk during the day, but has taken it from a sippy cup since she was 11 months old.

My lo was off bottles by 11 months. I was going to introduce them slowly but she really took to them.

6 months onto a straw cup mine cant do sippy cups because her epiglottis lets liquids into her lungs but it took two week and she grasped the concept. you just need a cup that if you squeeze it then the liquid will come out and they will figure out that it is their formula ;) i give her her juice and formula in them ever since i started her on it. she takes about 4 -6 eight oz. cups a day plus cereal in the morning and at night and two jars of baby food during the day. it could take sometime. good luck

my daughter will be one in a couple weeks and she still drinks 5 bottles a day. she refuses to drink milk out of her sippy cups. so im going to wait until shes about 18 months to see what shes doing then and go from there. a lot of people say to get them off the bottle when they turn one, but i really see no need to rush it. i mean, they're still supposed to be getting the majority of their nutrients from their infant formula or breastmilk until theyre one, why take away their bottles unless they'll drink really well from their sippy cups.

Baby's should be off bottles by the age of one year old. It's advised to start introducing a sippy cup from 6 months. My son's just over 6 months and will use a sippy cup with no problems =]

well that depends on your child.normally around 10-12 months with beaker of very watered down juice or water they will still need 2 bottles of milk a day 1 in morning and 1 at night before you put them to bed.if you are still finding weening hard i would talk to your health visitor and see what she say.all the best.
