My daughter is starting to go through Terrible two's and has really bad temper tantrums. She is an only child and doesn't like sharing her toys so when she gets in trouble for that she throws her back back, kicks, screams...ect... This is my first time trying to handle all of this and I don't know what to do... She does the same thing when we try putting her in her car seat to go somewhere.

WHAT DO I DO?

My son is 16 mos. and he has an attitude already. He gets time out for 1 min for hitting or screaming... Nothing harsh just to give him some time to cool off. The first few times I did time out he didn't understand obv. because he's so young. But when he would hit, I would say "Quentin no hitting" and sat him in time out. He got up probably 5-6 times before he realized he had to stay. When he did stay I looked him in the eyes and said "you will not hit anyone"...
He has gotten a LOT better and now gives me a hug after time out because he knows he made a mistake.
Since your daughter is 2 she should get about 2 minutes. Make sure she STAYS in the spot for 2 minutes, when she's done tell her why she was there and ask for an apology.
It worked for me, hopefully it helps you too :)

Well your daughter is trying to tell you that she is in controll. You need to be firm when you do corect her.... don't be easy on her and dont let her through her tantrums.... You have to find some thing that you can use against her to let her know that you are the boss. Good luck
