I still have numbness and itching almost 3 years later.....it's fairly normal but if you are concerned I would make an appointment with your doc :)

I had pain and itching (esp when it rained, and was cold outside) for up to a year after my 1st section. It's gonna be sore for a while. Good luck with that

still have numbness its been over 4yrs and come that time of the month have pain n redness at the c-section site.

i found that i had slight pain around my scar for about a year after all three of my c-sections plus i still have numbness and my youngest just turned two. so i wouldnt worry too much.

I had my C-section 4 weeks ago come tomorrow, and I don't have any pain or numbness.

I still have some numbness as well as pain if the area gets puched on. I had my c-sec almost 20 months ago...
sorry to say, it can be normal

My c-section was almost a year ago. I don't have pain around my scar but, that could be because I still have a large area around my scar that is numb.

I would still have pressure pain and numbness around my scar, years after my first son was born. So judging from my own experience, and the Doctor's replies, I'd say it is. :)
