I always wanted to go throught the experience of a normal labour but I had to have a emergancy c-section with my son becasue he became distressed and my daughter had to come out early so I haven't really gone through the full labour, I want more children but would like to have a normal labour, is it possible?

Finding a doctor willing to take your case would be VERY hard. But, in the end you decide what you do. A lot of doctors will try and tell you that you have no choice in the matter but in the end they know that if you refuse a c-section they can't do it. If you feel strongly about it I think you should go for it. It may be tough and in the end still may end up not how you wanted it to, but you DO have the ultimate say in what you try for. If you go into labor and check into a hospital they don't get to turn you away because your not doing what they think you should.

The Academy of Obstetrics says that there is no additional risk of rupture after 2 c-sections, but it's hard to find a hospital or a doctor who will support a VBAC after 2 c-secs.

I was told by my doctor and hospital staff that after having 2 sections its very dangerous and they wont allow VBACs the 3rd time around,i just had my second daughter on August 3rd tried VBAC and failed to progress so i ended up with my second section.I too wanted the experiance of a natural birth !
