I'm new to this group and thought it would be a good place to get some suggestions on good books. Fantsy/sci-fi is my favorite genre but I'm looking for something new. I enjoy a good story (like Fried Green Tomatoes or Deep End Of the Ocean). I don't like mystery/detective or romance novels. I've also read some biographies (mostly about rock groups) and would be willing to try a good biography. Does anyone have any suggestions??
