She doesn't seem to be sick at all. She is completely fine all through out the day, but right before she is going to fall asleep she throw up like 3 times! I am stumped! I don't know if its the milk or something she has eaten during the day but it's really weird! If anyone has any suggestions on what it might be please let me know! Thank you!

Does she cry before going to bed? There is a section on What to Expect the First Year book that helped me with my child when he was 18 months old and the same happened to him. In my case he vomited after crying at bed time. The cure... not to make a bid deal about it. Come to her room without talking. Change the child and the bed without taking the her out of bed (moving her from one side of the bed to the next until everything is clean and new bedding is in place). Give her a kiss and leave (againg without talking). Don't go back to her room if she cries. She will be okay. It took me only two days and the problem was fixed. Hopefully this will help you. Good luck.

Try to put your daughter to bed on a stomache that isn't full. Perhaps have her snack about 2 hours before bed. Also, try have her sleeping on her left side or perhaps it is the right. One of the sides prevents reflux more then the other because of the path to the stomache. Talk to the pediatrician and perhaps he/she can give you child strength antacids. Also, does she vomit before her nap in the afternoon? If not, then she must be eating something in the evening that is irritating to her.

No she's not crying! Like for example last night we were laying together and she was almost asleep then she said "oh no" and up it came! I have been thinking that maybe she is developing some acid reflux?! My mother-in-law has the same problem and it mostly happens while she sleeping or going to sleep (my mother-in-law that is) And I've heard that with acid reflux it is more often at night because you a laying but I'm not sure! The 1st time I just figured she had eaten something that just didn't agree with her but I'm not sure! I do know that if it continues I'm gonna see what the doctor says! Because it just came out of no where and she does not act sick at all! She's her normal self all throughout the day and night until then! But thank you for the advice because she used to do the crying thing A LOT!!! lol

If this keeps up, I would take her to the pediatrition. My friends little girl did this ( and I DON"T want to scare you) but it turned out to be a mild form of epelipsy.

My questions would be...does she appear to have anxiety with bedtime? How much time has lapsed between her last snack and bedtime> does she have phlem and coughing at bedtime? Did she have reflux as an infant.?

No she doesn't get sick at nap time! That's another reason I'm soo stumped! I'm waiting for tonight at bedtime to see how she does! Hopefully it was just something that she had eaten...even though I don't remember her eating the same thing all three nights but I've been going out for like an hour ever night this week so her daddy may have given her the same snack! We shall see! And thanks for the replies!
