It could be heat rash probably not. My son has dark skin and also got these bumps however I could not tell if they were red. I changed to a more sensitive body wash. My son also has eczema so I use baby aveno which has help a great deal, also let her be nakes for a bit during the day.

all over her arms and stomach, they come and go and my Dr recommended that i change to a hypoallergenic formula, she is now using similar sensitive. I still haven't changed her formula because she gets a lot of gas and besides the bumps come and go. I was thinking maybe is heat rash because we live in florida. Please help !
