My husband is in the Military(Marine Corps) and I am struggling with finding fellowship... Any ideas?

I have been married to my husband for 2.5 years and I feel like a fish out of water in the Military world. we recently moved to Monterey, CA. I have always had great Catholic fellowship and now I feel so alone at times. Can anyone give me good advice with how to meet good Catholic women.
