Does anyone know where to find Chely Wright's book and documentary??

I'm dying to watch Chely Wright's documentary Wish Me Away. But I can't find it anywhere that I can watch it. Direct tv didn't take it, it's on iTunes for rent but I don't have enough money on there to watch it. It's also on amazon for rent but I don't have a credit card. I also really want to read her book Like Me but I'm having trouble finding that in stores. I've looked in target for it but they don't have it. I know it's online at target and on amazon but again I only have cash.Any help is greatly appreciated.
