All babies are different. Some sleep through the nights others don't. My lil one is now 9 mths and every 3 months or so she is changing her habbits, especially when she started teething. Your lil one will sleep through the night when he is ready. I also dis agree with the cereal in a bottle.

I also put infant sleeping music in my lil ones room and this also helped her to sleep better.

Just try new things give them a couple of weeks to see if he likes it than if he don't try something new. Only you and bubs will know what he likes best.

Ummm...yeah. I really hope you didn't do the cereal in the bottle like PP suggested.

2 months is still young to sleep through the night, my son is 5 months and just now started and i had him on a routine and everything. What worked for me was having him take about a 2 hour nap in the morning, and then in again in the early evening. Then after that i would give him a bath, play a little and a bottle and he would be out. Could be he is just too young, and cant eat so much at one feeding so he gets hungry quicker than an older baby would.

In my own experience with my son who is now almost 11 months, who did not sleep through the night until around 10 months, it can be very frustrating! I in the end I tried everything, nothing would work except when I relized that he did not sleep well when I was in the same room as him, he would get up and either cry and look at me or want to play..lol. So I let him have his own room, followed by a few nights later taking away his bottle at night. I would not go in when he cried, and soon he started to not cry at all. So I know your baby is young but hopefully you wont have to go through the months of sleepless nights as I did. I dont think your baby is old enought to go without the bottle at night yet. So u might have to research that. I wish you all the luck!

I still have demanding days with my daughter now 3 months, but I try to entertain her during the day. She will have a nap for a few hours in the afternoon; and at night she will be tired. She will wake up to be changed and fed, at the most twice but normally goes right back to sleep !

If your working during the day try giving your baby sitter a list, or encourage walks in the park, music, or simply singing outside..."The hills are alive" Lol If the baby is in his own environment he may fall asleep !

Does he sleep alot during the day? has he ever slept at night? and sometimes babies just have their days and nights confused. try feeding him alittle extra right before bed and try a bath that might help. good luck just hang in there it will eventually get better. my little girl is 4 months old and still wakes up atleast once a night.
