hey im 26, 6 mo preg, 6 yr old daughter... 2 different fathers. im with the babys father. sahm because cannot find work... My daugher and I go to the Salvation Army on mondays for a program they have where kids play and free food! I feel uncomfortable there and dont stay because every one there speeks spainish (they know how to speek english) and Im just sitting there not knowing what is going on. Im looking for english speeking women to come to the meet so we can hang out and our children can play. its located at Pulaski and Irving Park. Please rely and let me know if you will be able to go. thank you!

Awww, I know that feeling of both awkwardness and feeling left out. That's far for us, but try meetup.com. You can find specific mommy playgroups in your area with people you can more relate to! Good luck!
