Suggestions for nanny agencies?

Hi. I have a two week old and we are looking for a reputable nanny agency in Chicago. Anyone have any good experiences with agencies around town? Thanks in advance!

I haven't worked with any nanny agencies, but I used care.com to find my current nanny and love her! It worked so well and I highly recommend it. You can write up your own job description and it has a section where you can mark off things like your schedule, if you have pets, CPR required, etc. I posted my ad and within 3 days, we had over 50 respondents. You can do background checks through the website, view the nanny's profile page (very helpful to see what THEY say about themselves), and keep track of your favorites. I found it was cheaper ($70 for 3 months) than an agency.
