No way can he make that kind of a decision! Why on earth would he want to prevent that?
Maybe give hugs and kisses in the car or in the house before the swap, so he doesn't make a stink about it in front of the kids?
Grrrr! I can't believe some people! Kiddos need kisses!

Absolutely not! He can't tell you how you say goodbye to your children at all. I always give my boys a big kiss and cuddle and so does my ex.
