My husband left me and my son almost a year ago. We moved from Florida to North Carolina for his job. When he decided to leave, I stayed in North Carolina. Now I just moved to Virginia and he knew about the move for about a month. Now he's saying I'm not allowed to take our son to Virginia. We are going through our divorce now, so not yet divorced. Should I be worried?

I wouldnt leave the state just yet. I would consult a lawyer that does family law and get the answers you need. In our state if you leave state for good before divorcing its a criminal offense. Definitly consult an attorney
