The Father of my Son told his g/f, now his wife, that he wasnt sure if our son was his. He says he got a DNA test done. My question is: If he did have a so called DNA test done, wouldnt I have been notified of this? My sons Father is a compulsive Liar and is stating that I cheated on him, which everyone who knows me, knows it was him that cheated on me, hence why we are now Divorced. I live in Western Australia.

you can call your court system and they will tell you the laws where you live

o and there is a charge of 350.00 dollars here in ohio unless you go through job and family services they will do it and help set up child support

i had a dna test done in ohio and both parents had to be present and the child they took hair samples from each of us and the baby swabbed the inside of each of our mouths and figure printed each of us and it took four weeks to get the results back but each of us got a copy of the test findings then the lab had the birth certificated changed but yes you should of had part in the testing and recieved a call to pick your results up

He can indeed have a DNA test any time, but to get it compared to your child's DNA might be a bit more difficult unless he has free and unsupervised access to the child.
