me and my ex are in the process of a divorce, but because were still legally married, i cant make him let me see our daughters. he told me he was taking them to church sunday and i havent seen or heard from them since. he doesnt have a drivers license, a job or his own place, he is still living with his parents and grandfather. i dont know what to do. our oldest is 6 and in the state of florida, from 6 to 16 you have to have the kid enrolled in school and going to school. our younger one is 4 and she is in preschool and is about to be kicked out because he wont let them go... he said it was his decision whether they got to go back to school or not. he is still talking randomly to his father who is giving me updates, but i miss my girls. i have NEVER gone this long without being with them. i just dont know what to do anymore
