I dont know what to do. he has them every other weekend and every wednesday and thursday night. She cries and says she just wants to be with me. We have had this schedule since she was 2. I thought it would get easier for her, but instead its getting worse. Can she choose not to go, or do I have to go by the court order? somebody please help...

depending on where you live by the age of 13 usually a child is deemed mature enough to decide for themselves if they go see the other parent but it has to be a good reason for not going. Have a long talk with her find exactly why she doesn't want to go. But before you stop access contact a lawyer and find out what your daughters options are legally.
