How old were you when you started menopause?? I'm 30 and have been getting MAJOR hot flashes!! I don't know whats going on, but its very uncomfortable!! How do you know your going through it??

If it is truly VERY uncomfortable go see your doctor!!! I have femine issues and have hormonal issues and know what the symptoms of menopause feels like and it can be awful! 30 is much to young to be going through menopause so don't put off checking with your gyno.
