My daughter is a restless sleeper!

My 3-year-old daughter Millie has a hard time sleeping at night. She takes naps during the day, and we recently took away her milk privelages at night. Everything I had read about milk at night proved what I already felt...it's BBBAAAADDDDD. However, it helped her sleep and thusly, it helped US sleep. Now, she still gets up four times a night. She is restless, cries out, seems to have bad dreams, and complains of leg aches.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the advice. She is potty-trained during the day, but it's really tough at night. She isn't a big eater, and I am trying to cut her liquids a bit in the hopes that she will eat better. I will try the 2hrs. before bedtime strategy. I know it will take a while to get into a routine, but I think it'll be worth it. Thanks!

If you don't give her liquids 2 hrs before bedtime it will be a breeze to potty train her. Also if you make a ritual out of you Bedtime routine she will respond very well to the structure. I promise.. It has done wonders for my kids at this age.
