I am kind of new to this group. I have a 2 year old daughter. I recently got my IUD taken out. Me and my fiance have been having unprotected sex. My period is 12 days late and I was wondering what you guys thought. I have been under stress lately, maybe a little more than normal. I have been nauseated and had indigestion for a few weeks. When I got pregnant with my daughter, I didn't know until I was 2 months along so I don't really remember the first 2 months. I had my period for 2 months with her, wasn't nauseated, nothing... no signs. I took a HPT about 2 weeks ago which was negative. I can't really afford to buy a test right now. I can't get into my doctor's office until October. I just really need some opinions.

sounds like you're pregnant! You can get a false negative, but never a false positive! Good luck!

I have used the hpt at the dollor store. They work. I too have an iud but take a test everyother month to make sure since i have heard of people getting preg with them. With my second kid I knew i was preg befor the test would say positive. I think I took 3 before it showed I was just taking the test too soon. Good luck

well i know the feeling only i have had and iud in for 1 yr and 6 mo. i am 3 wks late with no reason why. the doctor does not even know. pls give me some ideas.

If you are 12 days late, the test may not have worked 2 weeks ago. I have heard you can find a hpt at the dollar store. Otherwise, you really have to wait for your doc.
