Potty Training help

My daughter will be three on Halloween and we have bought her potty seats for two of our three bathrooms. Our problem is that she shows interest only sometimes and when she does she has already gone in her diaper. Right after she goes (doesn't matter what she does) she tells me "poopy, poopy", and then sits on the potty. There are times when she will try to go on her potty seats by herself and not do anything. She is just so close, but I feel stuck. We really want her to be fully potty trained by the time she is three so she can go to headstart. HELP!

Some of our daycares does but because she don't tell them they don't try her as they should which makes me have to work harder from my end to get her to that point that she doesn't pee herself and I can put her in panties all the time.

I have read around on some other boards about trying to have her run around half naked when at home. The daycare problem is tough... I'm lucky that our daycare will actually hekp when you tell them that you are actually potty training.

I am having a similar problem. My daughter will be three November 27th. She have a potty but I recently bought her toilet seat because at nursery they have miniature toilets and she did not want to use the potty anymore. I put on panties on her when she is home, she says she wants to go sometimes and other times she doesn't, she says she pee-pee when she has done put it down on the floor. She doesn't stool in her panty but she would put it in her pamper but if she has on her panty and wants to stool she tells you. My mistake I think was I started her when she was 18 months and when she started to cry I stopped I didn't want to force her. Then I started again just before she was 2 and got her a certain way and then I put her in nursery the following January and it like it confuse her because they were not doing what was doing at home and she was not telling them when she wants to go but she was telling us, so she went back and I had to start all over again and it is frustrating that I had her almost there and it is not so easy this time and she is almost 3. HELP ME TOO PLEASE.
