My ex husband has a new baby by another woman, he still relies on me to give him advice and help him with stuff. His new baby isn't sleeping through the night yet, he is asking me to give him advice, I never had trouble with my other kids, they were always sleeping through the night at his age, he is almost 4 months old, what can I tell him?

I always gave my baby a bath before bed with the lavender shampoo and body wash, and the lavender lotion, I also started introducing ceral to the baby, I would give him a warm bottle of forumula with a little bit of ceral before bed, thats when I stopped breast feeding he wasnt getting enought to fill him up

Make sure they are separating day & night! Keep the kid up & active during the day and he should be sleeping better at night. Making a bedtime routine helps, as with keeping lights off or dimmed...talk soft to baby @ night and don't play w/em, just feed him and put him back to bed.

tell him to figure it out for himself! lol jk! That's great that you can still have a good relationship with your ex like that where he comes to you for advice! To help my kids go to sleep when they were babies, I would give them a lavender baby bath and then I would rub the lavender lotion on them afterward. They loved it and they would fall right to sleep.
