My daughter is 5 and has 1p 36 chromosome deletion. She is severely disable where she doesn't walk or talk. So it's hard to potty train her right now. What I was wondering is.. can anyone give me ideas of what they did after size 6 diapers? Did you use the training diapers I believe they are called pull ups. Any advice would be great.

Medical supply companies offer diapers, I had cloth diapers made on etsy, some people there make special needs diapers.

We ordered size 7 and size 8 diapers online. I have only been able to find them made by Pampers. I tried the pull ups, but they didn't work well for my son. On some websites such as Amazon and diapers.com, you can get deals and use coupons. ~Good luck!

You can buy youth sized diapers through a medical supply company. In fact, I knew a woman who was able to get a prescription for them from her doctor for her son and, because of the documented need, her insurance covered the cost.
Pull ups are fine and would probably work if you needed to use them, but they get spendy and it may be hard to put them on if you can't get her to stand upright.
I hope that helps!
