What kind of foods do you and/or your children have to aviod

After years of being able to contol my asthma with no problems a couple of weeks ago I found myself having asthma attacks daily. I had to try and figure out what was causing it. I have also been trying to lose weight and having diet drinks if I really craved soft drink. I figured out that was the cause. I will never touch that stuff again. What foods or drinks cause problems for you or your children.

funny as i was reading your post my partner had some biscuits on the table as i was reading this i was reaching out for one then hesitated. Some good advice.

A lot of processed foods have preservatives that you should try to avoid. Sulfates are the biggest triggers and they are in a lot of foods-some breads, snack cakes, crackers (mostly baked items). I avoid them by making my own bread and, as I've never been a big fan of snack cakes, I bake my own cakes or cupcakes.
