I just wanted to say Hello. My name is Lacey and I have a 14 month old son, Hunter who was born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate. He resently went through his second surgery on July 24th to close his palate. We are huge supporter's with Operation Smile. Hunter is their Junior Smiles Embasitor for the great Los Angeles area. I am so proud of my son and I thank to Lord for him everyday!

Congrats!!! Sounds great. Was his surgery successful? Tripp had issues with his. It failed the first time and even after another surgery he still has a fissure in his soft palet.

Hi Lacey! My son was born with a unilateral cleft lip/palate. He is now four and will be 5 in Feb. He has went through 5 reconstructive surgeries. He is due to have a bone graph between the ages of 6 and 7. I'm not looking forward to it at all! But then again I didn't look forward to any of the surgeries. Hope all is going well for your lil guy. :)
