Hello Angela, I have gluten allergies so the rest of the family eat my gluten free food. My 4 year old loves rice cakes and crakers and you can make wonderful sponge cakes made out of corn flour. Love and light Rebecca from Yoga Mums (Aussie Yoga).

No, but wondered if you'd like information on supplements that are Isotonic (their osmosity is that same as blood sweat and tears, so they dont need to be digested, they are immediatly sent through to the small intestine where they are absorbed within 5 to 10 minutes - over 90% absorbed. We have a product called Digestive Enzymes with Probiotics - which helps with digestion, and replacing healthy bacteria into the body (since these are issues for people with celiac).

my husband and 2 boys (7+4) have just recently been diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Elizabeth Hasselbeck from The View just came out with a great book about it. There are tuns of books in the Libraries as well. It has become fun for us to find new ways to cook and ways to make it taste just as yummy. This does not have to be a sad thing fro your family. It will actually make them healthier in the long run. Check out her book. It's saved us! Happy learning.
