What can I do outdoors with my son that isn't going to make him suffer. he also has bad allergies. Any ideas or remedies.

Do you mean "asthma". That can be a very serious disorder. Does he have an inhaler on hand. You should definitely seek professional medical advice from a pediatrician. Most children with asthma do fine, but they (and you) should always have an inhaler close by. An inhaler opens the airways in can of a serious asthma attack. The inhaler can save your child's life.
