I'm thankful for having two very healthy boys. Ages 2.5 and 3 mons. I'm blessed to be able to stay at home full time with them and even though money is tight its so worth it. I also am very thankful that the Lord helped my brother find a new job near us. Now he and his finance will only be 30 minutes away.

I am thankful for all God provides for our family. My husband & I decided I would quit my job to stay home with our kids 31/2 yrs ago. We made some sacrifices & cut bills back but things were tight. We felt very strongly that this was the way God wanted us to raise our kids. We prayed & 6 onths later a received a call from my old job asking if I would be willing to work on a as needed basis from home. This was great. It wasn't any guaranteed money but it was something & I could still stay home. About 6 months after that my stepfather asked me to help him with some office work for his business. Again this was work I could do from home. This has turned into a permanent part time job that I work two days a week from home. Anytime we are need of anything we pray & ask God for his guidance. We have always had what we have needed. The best thing is that a few months ago there was a family in our church that were in financial need. We were able to help them out a little bit & that was awesome to me. Not only has God provided for us but He has used us to help other people. Praise God!

This is a great idea!

I am so thankful for my little family.  The Lord blessed my husband and I with a little girl six months ago, and He continues to provide for us miraculously.  My husband works for a Christian ministry that runs off of donations, so when the donations are low, the staff goes into a pay delay.  We have gone weeks and weeks without recieving a paycheque, but like Melissa right above me, we have never missed a bill.  It definitely stretches our faith, but we have grown a great deal more than I think we ever would have had we not spent this first year and a half of our marriage living this way.  Praise God!

I am thankful for my parents. My husband lost his job a week into our marriage last year. then a few months later I was pregnant. We were so scared we couldnt provide. my parents took us in just before our baby cayden came into this world. My parents help us set money aside to save..and my husband got a new job! Just when you think things couldnt get worse. God shows He wont give you any more than u cant handle. He has provided. We never miss a bill! Thank you Jesus!

I am thankful for our church family. We moved here a little over 2 years ago with no family or friends. Since being here we became members of a church and have become very involved in  it. We have made so many good friends and God has blessed us with so much. He placed us here for a reason and we are slowly finding out more and more about our purpose. I thank God for Friends that we can call Family.

A chance in life made us friends but the Grace of  God made us Family.

  Thank you for the invite.  Today God blessed me by bring an older couple into my life after 5 yrs.  They were are customers 5 yrs ago.  They are in thier 80's have been married for over 63 yrs. And are very much in love still after all these yrs.  They Love the Lord with all of there hearts.  Well they called b/c they were having a problem with a couple of thier blinds well we went over to see what the problem was and we spent two hour just visiting about what was happening in our country an about how we are so thankful that God is in control and how important it is to have a relationship with him...I just pray that more people would charish our older generation they have so much they can teach us....Thanks for letting me share

I thank God everyday for my beautiful daughter and loving husband. The holidays were a little rough financially, especially since my husband's employer decided not to give bonuses this time. My husband usually has the week between Christmas and New Year's off, but had to go in to get caught up on some projects that were due. At the end of that week, the boss came around asking for the name of everyone who came in over the break and they ended up getting a bonus this week. We are now able to pay off our Christmas debt and put a little in the bank. God is awesome!

Today I am thankful for God protecting me and my kids on our way home yesterday. We had to drive an hour and it was starting to snow with some slick roads but God saw us home safely. I'm also thankful for my wonderful husband who has been so supportive and great while we take steps to fulfill our dream! Thank you Lord and Savior!!

The thing I am so thankful for this week is  the Lord is still providing us the oppertunity to have jobs to do during these uncertain times...And I thank him for keeping us accident free in the 130,000 miles we have driven this past year...And I thank him for leading me to the women in this community...But most of all I thank him for this day that he has given me no matter what this day brings he will be with me

I just want to thank the Lord for being an everlasting God and bringing miracles every day of our lives!!!! The Lord is always so good to my family. I also want to thank the Lord for having a Christan husband who is willing to be the Man of the House and lead us in the way that Christ would have him to. I also want to thank the Lord for my Praying Christian Mommies that I have found here. It has definitely been an encouragement to me knowing that we aren't the only Christian family that goes through daily struggles. It makes me trust the Lord even more!!!

I am most thankful for the Father this week for blessing us friends whom we call family. We are a military family, away from home and it makes it hard to truly bond with other people. But we've been totally blessed to have three families in our lives that continue to capture the beauty of His Grace for us. We just celebrated the start of our sixth year in marriage and there aren't many moments where we can be alone... but our dear friends kept out children while we could enjoy a romantic evening out. I would love to do this every week... although I know my life is a living blessing, making me recall and give thanks all over again is a gift. Thank you Marlene for starting this....

Well, i have to say I am very thankful to God for being my provider. When my second son was born last summer, my husband was without work, and only with Gods help throu my family, were we able to make it financially. Yesterday I sorted his clothes and got rid of a lot that doesn't fit anymore, I took out a box that my sister had given me, which were clothes my nephew no longer needs, all in excellent condition and by the time I was done i realized how blessed I am, I won't need to buy anything for my son for at least 6 months. He has more than enough outfits (at least 18 tops with matching pants!) Now that is huge savings for me! God provides more than we deserve!

Ok I'll go... This week I am thankful for a healthy family. We had a death in the famiy (my sister in law) the same day we came home my 20 yr old daughter was in a car crash. A car came out of a parking lot and hit her hard on the passenger side. She was fine and our nerves were a bit frayed but I am thankful to have her in one piece!
Never take the one s you love for granted, you have no idea how long you have them for!
