The reason I ask is because I woke up this morning feeling really dizzy, I have tried to go back to bed and sleep it off but that didnt work. I have tried eating something and that also didn't work.

I get motion sick while reading (which is really hard not to look at magazines while stuck in doctor's office for hours at a time). My doctor thinks it could be related to my blood sugar levels. Some days are better than others as long as I read very slowly.

I did, with both. It was horrible. They told me to lay down, and that seemed to help.

Sinus pressure can also increase during pregnancy... so you might ask about labrynthitis. My BIL was diagnosed with Labrynthitis this week... it's horrible stuff! Something to think (or google) about!

Hope you're feeling better soon!

The only time I had something like this happen was when my blood sugar level went down too low. I was Gestational Diabetic. However even though I am not a Health Care Professional I would suggest calling your DR. It could be something as simple as an inner ear infection or something more serious. I do not mean to scare you. I Will Be Praying For You.

I tend to have low blood pressure and get dizzy when I stand up too quickly. But it was definitely worse when I was pregnant. I had to eat something before I got up. Then I had to sit up in bed for a while...and then get up very slowly.

I was always dizzy with my second baby. No matter how slow I would get out of bed I would get dizzy. The Dr said it was my bloodpressure gettting too low.

I did with my first pregnancy and nothing was wrong with me i was just dizzy... Which I totally forgot till I got pregnant again and I've been dizzy again. Usually in the beginning its normal to feel dizzy and drained of energy but if it gets worse I reccomend talking to your doctor because there can be an underlying issue.

I had vertigo that would send me to the floor and make me vomit. I had to have an MRI and ended up on Migrain meds. a low dose with tylenol not asprin.
Call your ob and express your concern. It could be a variety of things. but your ob can track it and help u find out y.

I agree with Victoria, I would get your iron level checked. I also had low iron and blacked out first thing in the morning...

YES! I used to black out and even pass out too. The doctor tested me and I was told I was very low in iron and they had to give me supplements.
