I don't know if this is at all what you are looking for, but I just signed up for a free weekly menu on menus4mom.com and they email you a 5 day menu each week and you can download and print the grocery list too, it has made menu planning so much easier for me.

Instead of hot dogs in buns try wrapping them in a tortilla. I grate some cheese, then wrap the dog and pop it in the microwave for 30-45 seconds or until cheese is melted. It's less carbs and they taste great!

I love to do English Muffin pizzas. Just split the English muffins in two, put pizza sauce, shredded cheese, and toppings. Cook at 350 until the cheese is melted. My kiddos love to help me make them. You can also do a breakfast version, just use scrambled eggs, cheese and whatever meat or veggies you like. For my lower calorie version, I use the light-high fiber English muffins. I hope this helps. I like anything quick and pretty nutritious.
