My husband has recently decided that he wants to lose about 25 pounds and is starting to count his calories. I have just recently learned I am pregnant again, and I am slightly underweight so could stand to gain a few pounds in addition to the normal pregnancy weight gain. And then our son is 16 months and growing like a weed so needs lots of good nutrition to support him.
What happens sometimes when I eat more than my husband is that he starts to eat more too, or I feel guilty for eating more and feel like I shouldn't.
Any ideas for some good nutritious meals that can help my husband stick to his diet but still be satisfying for me?
