ok, I'm a mom of 2 and a wife...having some issues in my marriage right now...trying to turn to God and let him deal with it. It's a little harder than expected. My 3 yr old has picked up on a few things that have gone on, that scares me. I really want to keep God more in the center of our family and not on the back burner...I need my husbands support on that and it's been kinda hard....any suggestions on how to make it easier. I find I'm slipping from my faith at times and I get so scared...I don't want that to happen. I want to show my daughters Mariah and Shania that we need to trust in God and let Him in charge...i'm just stuck, please pray that my marriage doesn't fall apart and that we can get stronger together so we can give our daughters the love, lessons, and support the need. thank you.

thanks for all your prayers and support...had a talk with the hubby and he said he's gonna try to work at it more. Josslyn...never thought of it that way...being in the center of God rather than God in the center...thanks. Brandy...thanks for all the advice and the scriptures. God Bless you all! Well, the first step is desiring to make God the focus of all of your lives and you are there. :) You can not force your husband to lead your home in a godly manner, but you can pray that God would work in his heart. Pray for God to work in your heart, and pray for God to work in the hearts of your children. Prayer is our most powerful weapon against the enemy! Also, soak up God's word and pray it over your lives! God's word is the root foundation to leading a righteous life and being a light to those around you. The enemy is always working and trying to use our loved ones against us, but as we seek God and soak up more and more of His word, it leaves no room for the enemy to work. Post scripture around your home, always make time to read your Bible, always keep a scripture on your tongue and pray over that scripture all day. As you display a godly attitude, your family will take notice. Focus on these scriptures: No weapon formed against me shall prosper. I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. I am flourished and long lived. I am prosperous in all things called according to the will of God. I am redeemed from the hand of the enemy. Pray these over your family daily and I will be praying for you as well. God bless you sister!

Cross thoughts and be proactive, keep your family and everything in the center of God and not God in the center of everything if you know what I mean, It might sound pretty silly but I went through the same problems with my husband ( no children involved though), prayed to God and asked him to heal all my pain, but that was not the answer, the answer was to take that pain with the Lords guidance. Not pray for husband and I to point out our mistakes to each other and God, but to learn to accept each other with our differences. It was a hard transition but it is definitely working.

Ask yourself every time you want to do or say something, Is this what God would do, What God would want me to do or is God teaching me something by it?? Turn to scripture, pray with your family and for them. A test of faith is a step by step process to a higher understand of the Almighty!
