Hi Casondra,

I'm new to the group as well. I'm a Pastor and prayer is something I live by. You, your family and your daughter are in my prayers. If there's anything I know and believe in is the power of prayer! God is always concerned about you, He told us that He is mindful of us. That's an awesome God. All He wants us to do is just believe that He can and will do excedingly, abundantly above all, that we can ask or think! That's good news. You be encouraged, and I'm praying for your strength that you would continue to stand and be strong for your family.

CaSondra I would say to you if you don't know what you are up against then you should read Romans 8 it will help you. When you are getting the need of having a bad attitude turn your thoughts to your kids. I know for me when I look into my daughter face and see her joy of just being able to do the things she do everyday. Those bad thoughts leave, think Godly thoughts. I'll pray now!



Our father in heaven I'm coming to you this morning not know my sisters situation but I know that you are a forgiving God. Father I ask that you come in her heart to give her a heart of peace. Father we just thank you for giving her the courage to ask for prayer. We know there is power in prayer and when your children come together in prayer. Things could be moved. Father I declare that you put the right things into her life. Father I ask that you send you angels down to cover her situation and make it better for her to bear. God she is seeking you and you said in your word don't not forsake you, don't be dismaid for you will hold us up with your rightous right hand. Send you angels in to cover her kids in every step of there life. Nothing but the Blood of your son while take care of this. Father God we thank you for everything you done in her life and the things that haven't came to pass. I say this in your son name Jesus AMEN!

CaSondra, in your queit time please read: Hebrews 13:6 " So we can say with confidence,"The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid;. What can anyone do to me?'. Also,read Ephesians 6:10-20. While your daughter is sleeping at night or during nap time, pray over her for peace and protection. Remember Jesus stated to the disciples to let the children some to Him. Matthew 19:13-15. Our children are gifts from God. Our charge is to teach them, but we must remember we are not alone. God Loves them, (us) more then we could ever. Be Strong in the Lord and know once you proclaim the Armor of God over your House, no weapon formed against you and your family will prosper. This is my prayer in Jesus name...Amen....

I know exactly how you feel. I had a problem with my sons biological father as well and I prayed harder than I think I ever have and to Gods glory we havent heard from him in 8 years!! I dont know your situation exactly but keep believing and God WILL act on ur behalf! U'll b in my prayers!

In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray, Dear Lord, see her through these hard times. In these troubling times, filled with unspeakable fears. I reach out my hand to you now, And ask you to walk besides her and her family. She cannot carry all these burdens, But I know you can, and will. Please walk beside her. Please guide her. I feel your pain. I have been doing alot of praying about my family situation also. Sometimes I feel so discouraged because we give everything that we have to our children and think "God, where are you?" We think, "God, you know my heart" yet we still seem confused about certain situations. My pastor talked about faith and trust this past weekend. This reminded me to stay focused on Him and not my own understading. Ah! it is sooo hard sometimes! Keep the faith mama, it will all work out. :)

I have been where you are and know how hard it can be to let go and let God. it is not easy when a biological parent is in the picture that makes it difficult for our kids to work through their feelings. I will keep you and your family in prayer Casondra...the devil is busy right now--with everyone,he knows his time is limited and he is attacking any and everyone he can because thats what he does, and he especially loves to try and make us Christians miserable in hopes that we will fall away from the Lord our Father,but know that you are not alone... dont get discouraged, and keep your eyes on the Lord and when the devil starts attacking you and your family just say a small prayer of protection against this thats what I know helps me,I will usually say this prayer "devil I rebuke you,you are a lie flee in the name of jesus" or I just thank the Lord for his goodness and I will state what I am grateful for until i feel peace in my heart and about my situation...those things really help me because no matter what im going through that always seems to bring me peace when I recognize and profess the good things that the Lord has done for me...hope thats helped you=o)

As I'm reading your request, I'm listening to the radio and the song playing is saying something to the effect of "as the walls/world around me is crashing down, I won't let go of You because You're not shaken"...Remember that nothing takes God by surprise. He is sovereign and knows everything that is going to happen to us before it happens. Trust Him to take care of this situation and your daughter, and He will!!

CaSondra; You just keep praying and give all your problems over to God... not just say it, but pray it and give it to Him and then let it go... you have to trust the He will not put more on you than you can handle and you have to KNOW deep within you that He will hold you and comfort you and bring you through it. Let your daughter know that she is important to God and that He will always be watching out for her - teach her to thank Him for all the good things in her life and she will concentrate more on the good than the bad... I will keep you and your family in my prayers.
