I just started reading this book, and was curious if anyone else has, and would like your opinion. I have really enjoyed reading this book so far, and have learned many valuable lessons. I plan to read his newest book, Instructing a Child's Heart as well.

I have it, read it and have implemented a lot of the techniques in disciplining my almost 4yr old son and must say I believe in it very strongly. It is biblically based, has many scripture references and I definitely see the fruits of my labor in my son's character. I absolutely recommend it! A+ from me =)

Caroline - should be at any good bookstore, else through church or then Amazon.

I went through it quite quickly and must say I'm a little intimidated. Scared witless by the huge responsibility it sketches, but there's also lots of advise. Will have to really study it before trying to implement any ideas.
