Hi ya'll! This thread is a "has anyone" been there, and what did you do as well as asking for help and advice. I have been convicted that I need to eat healthier and take care of myself. I don't know if it is just not having the total support that I need, (my husband says we eat healthy enough..... I disagree with him.) Or if it is "laziness" or what on my part. I have the tendancy to try to change to much at one time, and get overwhelmed. I am not sure how to prioritize what needs to be changed, but I do know that my eating and exercising habits need to change. I don't want to bore anyone with more than that, but I am so discouraged right now that I am falling into a mild bout of depression~ which never makes anything better. Any thoughts and ideas are greatly appreciated!
