I don't understand why she lets me know after she goes to the potty in her diaper, not before??!!

Sounds like she's becoming aware. Two is still young to get the whole process - and every little one is different. I think potty training can be one of the most frustrating processes, and it is certainly a process. Be more patient than I was! Tell her pretty soon her body will tell her before she goes, and you're proud she recognizes when she has gone. Helping with the clean up helped convince my son that using the toilet would be easier...for what that might be worth.

I am working on potty training my twin girls that are 2. One of them seems oblivious to anything. The other is like what you described. The minute she pees, or even farts she wants a new diaper. I have gotten her to tell me before two or three times (all in the same day), but that was weeks ago. Now she is just telling me after. It's a process. But at least they are aware. My other daughter seems like she will take a lot longer.
