Lots of things!!! Use different plastic bowls fill them with water and ice cubes, let her move them from bowl to bowl on a really HOT day. Use romaine lettuce as a paintbrush and let her paint on paper... or better yet finger paint with pudding - yummy!!! Make bubble solution, get wands from the dollar store and have a bubble block party - all the kids will want to join in!!! Put plastic buckets around the backyard and let her throw balls in them, count as she throws them in, and don't forget to giggle lots. Turn on the sprinklers or the water hose and let her run around and cool off at the same time. Read books together, my son loves that time with mommy. Turn on praise and worship music, give her a flag and dance around the house. Make popsicles and eat them outside. Have a picnic at the park or in your backyard. Hold a summer block party at your house... get lots of watermelons, do watermelon bowling, seed spitting (who can shoot the farthest?! haha), and talk about the fruit of the Spirit. Teach your 2 year old to pray - ONE word at a time! "Thank you, Jesus". "Hi Jesus!" etc. Decorate the front door... foamies, cut outs of paper, let her stick 'em everywhere. OR use the foamies to let her decorate a pair of jeans, fashionista baby!!! Make a neighborhood parade of the kids of the Kingdom, your princess and all the other princes and princesses of the neighborhood... make flyers and set aside a day to hold it. Do a toy hide and seek... use her favorite toy, hide it and have her find it. Let her help clean... give her a spray bottle of water and a rag, and have her mimick what you do... my son likes the duster!!! LOL Tons of stuff you can do, just remember this age is still learning independence, so she'll still want to cling near mom some, it's about 3-4 years old when they make friends and start to learn to play more on their own and with other kids. So, yes, you'll still have to play, but enjoy it, it won't last much longer!!! :)

I used to do theme weeks when my kids were little. Say the theme was farm animals, we'd watch movies and shows, colour pictures, do flash cards, read stories all to do with farm animals & we'd end the week with a trip to a local farm or petting zoo. This can work with zoo's, splash pads, aquariums, play places, so many things.

You should check out the community called SAHM's are teachers. (You don't really have to be a stay home mom) There are all sorts of activities on there to do with your small children that are tons of fun and keep them entertained. :) Also I don't know how close to three your 2 year old is, but you might want to check out http://www.abcjesuslovesme.com/ it has some ideas...
