Vitamin B-6, Vitamin C, and Echinaca are my Vitamins of choice.  There are so many out there, for so many purposes.  What I have found most helpful are those that are Immuno-boosters, since we all know that our three year olds aren't the best at hand washing, and can bring home some unsightly germs!  The B-6 is great for many things as well.  Surely a multi-vitamin would be good.  If you have too much of a vitamin, with the exception of A, D, E and K, your body will excrete it.  A, D, E & K are fat soluble, so aren't broken down as well.  I say "Vita-Up".  We have to stay as healthy as possible.  We know our little one's depend on us too much for a sick-day!

I shop through a wellness company and I take there vitimins!!!  I LOVE them!!  I am 29 I know exactly what you are saying.  They are proven to to be over 85% soluble and Centrum and One a Day are less than 10%!!  If you would like more info I would love to share with you.  And if you do get pregnant again there Pre Natal Vitimins are AWESOME they were taken by Bobbi McCaughey: The First to Deliver Healthy Septuplets!!!  Jenny Willbrant davejennycarly@hotmail.com

I would recommend going to the health food store and talking to someone there. Any multivitamin is theoretically good, but some (like Centrum) have that coating on them that your body doesn't break down, so they are essentially pointless. I would also recommend extra B-vitamins. They help keep your energy up and can help keep a woman's hormones balanced properly.

From what I've been told any Multi-vitamin is a good source to supply everything that is needed.
