Also, you should take anti-inflamitory when the pain is unbearable. Also, buy Biofreeze at your local drugstore, it's amazing for pain!

I have had elbow, arm, shoulder, wrist, finger pain for the past 2 1/2 years. I have been diagnosed with tennis elbow, golf, elbow, and neuro tension compression! I have seen 3 different doctors, a physical therapist, a sports medicine therapist and a ciropractor. I understand your pain!! Actually, the best thing that has worked for me is the ciropractor, I found a Christian one near my house who doesn't crack, he just uses the machine to test where your bones/nerves are screwed up and then uses that tapping thing to gently put them back in place. He found 3 nerves in my back that were messed up and my 2nd vertebae in my neck was twisted. I actually fell on the icy snow which was the start of my numb fingers and horrible pain in my whole arm (almost like it's fallen asleep but very painful)! At one point I couldn't even open a car door or put my seatbelt on without crying, seriously! You should see many different doctors/therapists for more than 1 opinion, unless you play tennis and it's an easy diagnosis.

Just remember Deb...if GOD brings us to it, he Will bring us through it...I pray that he help you deal with this pain and heal you quickly, bringing you back to that place of peace. I know while I struggle with my own pain, he brings me to place where I call on him many times during the day. Maybe that was/is his plan from the start. Bless you, Deb!

I will pray for you. I had that problem and after all the therapy, I had surgery on the elbow and had to quit bowling, but now I have no problem with the elbow. Keep up the Faith and put your trust in God, He will see you through.

Boy do I know how uncomfortable pain is, so I will pray for you. Lord I agree with Deb Hash that you would completely restore her elbow, and that she will be singing hallelujuahs to you- relief Lord in Jesus name amen.

Deb, sometimes we have to learn to live with pain and pray for grace to get us thru.I
know that has been my case for the last 5 yrs. or so but I try to not let it stop me
as much as possible sometimes God allows us to go thru trials in order to have compasion for what others go thru.I wish you enough prayers to get thru ,enough

Deb, definitely praying for less pain and more peace. And it could be that maybe God wants you in a spot where you can't focus on the hundreds of other things we moms tend to focus on sometimes. Now you can focus on Him alone because you can't do that other stuff. Keep your ears and heart open to Him right now. I know during my recovery from surgery, I drew really close to God and it was phenomenal. ((Hugs))
