Hello Samatha,

My name is Jimmie Ann Green, I am 59 years old, have been married to David, my husband for 20+ years now. I have a biological son 43 yrs. old and a biological daughter 40 from a former marriage. Being raised in a very conservative church and family a divorce was unforgivable at that time in my life. I made the decision to go through one due to one of my children being severely abused by his biological dad and a couple of his drunken friends. Later I married a man that adopted my biological children and we were a family for seven years until he became terminally ill. Five years later I married my husband now, a man I'd known since age 14. Our parental structures had 4 beautiful young ladies that have reached adulthood and have good lives. The Lord was what stablized out home and I am happy to say they have much love for one another and their Creator till this day, some as parents themselves. I also worked as a Tennessee foster mom for a few years specilizing with the sexually abused teen aged girls.When we feel down, just look around and thank God there is the opportunity to help someone that needs help more. May God bless you and your is my prayer. Put the Lord Jesus Christ first in all things in our lives and He will fill us with everlasting joy unspeakable....what seems to be a trial He can turn around for a glory to Him.

My name is Jamie McCallum. My husband and I have both been going to church for much of our lives but both truly committed our lives to Jesus a few years ago after having our first child, Brandon (2). In December we added twin girls to our family, Abbigail and Allyson. We know how important it is to be raising our children in the Word of Our Lord and like all other parents, are trying to do our best to do so. I actually just created a new group yesterday called "Christian Parents." At first I did not find any other Christian groups, and even though I found some I will keep that one going, perhaps as a smaller one for now. I am a stay at home mom and love being able to be home with my children!! God has blessed me with an amazing husband and 3 wonderful children!! God Bless all of you!!

Hi. My name is Brittney. I have been a christian since 2000. I am now 21, married to a wonderful man, and have been blessed with a beautiful daughter that is 4 months old. I was baptised in 2000 as well. Because I was so young when I was saved I rededicated my life to God this year. I feel that I know more now than I did then and really wasn't sure of everything then. I was raised in a Baptist church by my grandparents. Both my parents are divorced and have remarried numerous times. I have decided that I am going to raise my daughter in a Baptist church in hopes that I will be a good role model for her and my husband. My husband didn't attend church until just this year. We have been married for 2 years now. I pray for him every night in hopes that one day, he will be the spritual leader and man of the house. Until then, I am a women of God, a house wife, the one that makes sure everything gets paid, the one that raises our daughter, and everything in between. The only thing i don't do right now is bring in the income. We both agreed that I would take a year out of work when the baby was born. So I still have 8 more months before I have to start looking for a job. I am hoping that one day he will accept the Lord into his life and that he will understand the way I feel.

HI! I'm Lara. I've been married for a little over 4 years now to my wonderful husband. We have three little girls: Abby and Shelby who are 3 and Milly who turned 1 in December. I am a newer Christian, I was saved when I was 21. We live in Alabama and attend a Baptist church in our town. As I've grown in my walk, I'm so greatful for God's mercy and His Deliverace! For many years I had made a mess of life until I surrendered to Him. I am technically a stay at home mom, I only work part time..so I get to spend majority of my time at home..thankfully!

Hi Samantha, Heather, and Dawn. my name is Anne Watkins.I seem to be the gray haired old lady of the group.lol. I just turned 54. My stand on my gray hair is if God who created the universe allowed my hair to go gray, than so be it. My husband Rick and I have 2 beautiful daughters. Yes I know our chicks always have the brightest feathers. But my girls get their true beauty from their Heavenly Father. I have been a Christian over 35 years. I am a slow learner in some things in my walk with God but Prayer is not one of them. If we had a limit on the number of Prayers God could answer in our Christian walk I would have used up my share years ago. We live in Bay City MI. My husband grew up in the home we live in. His parents were moving to Woodland Park CO. and we were looking for a slightly bigger house. God reminded me that if I mentioned to Rick that I would love to live in the home he grew up in his parents would most likely sell it to us. We attend Saginaw Valley Church of the Nazarene, in Saginaw, it is about a 20 minute ride from where we live. Our church has about 100 families. I enjoy the larger church because there seams to be something for each age group. I am just glad that the size or name of our churches are not important. It is what is Taught and Preached that is important.

Hello! My name is Heather Hart. I am married to a wonderful man named Paul. We have four children: Tyrel (6) Kainen (4) Ella (16 mo) and Alexa (16 mo). We go to a non-denominational church in Louisville, CO., it also is a very small church with only about 20 people, but what wonderful people they are! We actually just moved from Thronton, CO to Lafayette, CO to be closer to our church family. I'm the administrator of Christian mommies, and it is a very large group! Smaller groups seem to be more personal, and that is nice. I am pretty much a stay home mom, and I love it! I work two nights to bring in a little extra income, but I enjoy being home with my family!

hi samantha! my name is Dawn. i'm married to my best friend Eric and we have 2 children. a 3 1/2 year old daughter and an 8 month old son. i've attended church all my life but didn't really fully commit my life to the Lord until a few years ago when we started attending Calvery Chapel. the church we attend is very small (only about 20 people) but that suits me just fine. i don't feel lost in a crowd and i can't hide anything. we are a close family:) i'm from upstate NY and would like to meet other christian moms too. i've joined christian mommies too on here but it's a large group. i'm pretty shy and like to be in smaller groups. how about you? what do you do? i'm a stay at home mom and wouldn't have it any other way. although somedays i can't wait for them to start school!! LOL.
