I have a friend going thru a divorce. She wants primary custody. Where their child can see her dad on weekends. She lives close to all his family & non of her own. She would like to move closer to her family after the divorce but not too far & be unfair to the dad. He is a good dad but in a since not. He lets the child do whatever & has never taken her to a doctors appt. or anything. Thinks it's the mom's responsibility even though she also works full time. He wants split custody. She is concerned the judge will not give her primary & that she will not be able to leave the county. He is fighting for that too. Any ideas or been theres' greatly appreciated.
