Help my 6wk okd falls alseep after every bottle even during the day when he should be awake ( i know they need thier sleep), but I try to talk to him during these feedings with the room well lit but he still falls alseep..

i think at this age thats totally normal they do sleep alot, i was surprised too! i think if you try and stimulate him,i used to undress him and then dress him again, this would wake him or change his nappy then get his wind up. i also found that sometimes if i laid him down for 5 to 10 mins then put him over my shoulder that would sometimes help xx

Yeah I understand, but he makes it difficult to burb when falling alseep each bottle he wont even wake up to burp..he's very fussy and so I hate to let him sleep without burping I try everything to wake him up just to burp IMPOSSIBLE

It has actually been proven that it does not help them sleep better at night if they get less sleep during the day, so just enjoy the snuggling time!
